Return & Refund Policy – Undercut Racing LLC

At Undercut Racing, most items are made to order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

⏳ Return Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

✅ What’s Returnable

  • Apparel in new condition (wrong size, changed mind, or incorrect color ordered).
  • Products that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted.

❌ What’s Not Returnable

  • Final-sale or discounted items (if marked as such on the product page).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items showing wear, washing, odors, or damage not caused by transit or production.
  • Returns without prior authorization (RMA).
  • Perishables or hazardous goods (if ever sold, they will be excluded and clearly labeled).

🚚 Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Defects / misprints / wrong item sent → Undercut Racing covers return or replacement shipping.
  • Size exchanges / change of mind → Customer pays return shipping. Replacement items ship once the return is received and approved.

📩 How to Start a Return

  1. Email pitwall@undercutracing.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged/defective.
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item within 7 business days of RMA approval.

⚠️ Items returned without an RMA may be refused.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defect, misprint, or wrong item).
  • If 15 business days pass after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

🔄 Exchanges

  • For faster processing, place a new order and return the original item per this policy.
  • Or request an exchange when you email us for your RMA.

🏠 Wrong or Incomplete Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we can reship once the correct address is confirmed and a reshipment fee is paid.

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel and return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
